Society Hill Playhouse, in association with
Act II Playhouse, presents the highly energetic Respect: A Musical Journey of Women, on the main stage January 27 through April 18, 2010.
Respect is an uplifting story women’s evolving roles and lives, captured through popular songs of the 20th century: songs about dreams found, love lost, men, women, and work.
As they go from co-dependence
to
independence, from Someone To Watch Over Me to I Will Survive to Hero, the women of Respect will remind viewers of their sisters, mothers, daughters, wives, friends, and selves.
Respect will perform on the following schedule:
Wednesdays at 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM
Thursdays at 7:30 PM
Fridays at 8:00 PM
Saturdays at 2:00 PM & 8:00 PM
Sundays at 3:00 PM
